All OnlineProfessionalCounseling.com clients must agree to receive professional services from the state where her or his counselor is a resident.

The director and affiliated counselors at OnlineProfessionalCounseling.com agree to disclose their licensure residency status as part of their public profile within the project's Web site. The professional disclosure and service agreement of the director or an affiliated counselor is share with each prospective client before a commitment is made to purchase specific counseling services.
